Order fulfilment

All designs are fulfilled at our studio based on specific orders. Order fulfilment takes place immediately after the payment has been recorded and takes us up to 5 working days. Your jewellery should reach you no later than 48 hours after the parcel has been dispatched. If you are in a hurry, please contact us – we will do our best to prepare your order as soon as possible.

Delivery

In Poland, orders are fulfilled by the DPD courier company. Delivery time is 1 – 2
working days. Shipping cost is PLN 17.
International shipments are carried out through the Polish Post – Global Express
service.

Returns and Exchanges, Complaints

Returns and Exchanges

Would you like to return/exchange your jewellery? You’re welcome to do so. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receipt of the items. To proceed with a return/exchange, the product
must be new and must not bear any signs of use. The returned/exchanged goods should be sent back in the original Hilly Sheep packaging and packed securely to
prevent damage in transport. You can download the return form HERE. The jewellery together with the completed form should be sent to the following address:

After confirming the return, we will immediately transfer funds (including shipping costs) to the account number indicated by you in the form.
Remember that you send a refund at your expense.

Complaints

Do you want to make a complaint about your jewellery? You’re welcome to do so. Complaints should be sent to the address: office@hillysheep.com . We will surely be able to find a satisfactory solution together. If your complaint is approved, we will let you know.
