Order processing

All of the projects are realised on customer’s request in our workshop. The process of realisation starts right after posting a payment and takes up to 5 working days. Your jewellery should arrive no later than 48 hours from sending the package. If you are pressed for time, please contact us – we will try to prepare your order as soon as possible.

Delivery

In Poland we deliver orders via DPD and InPost Paczkomaty courier companies.

Delivery time is 1-2 working days, starting from the moment of shipping. Cost of shipping is 17 PLN.

 

International shipments are realised via DHL EXPRESS courier company.

Delivery time:
EU up to 10 working days
Outside EU up to 14 working days
The cost of international shipment is 40 PLN.


Returns, Exchanges and Complaints

Returns and exchanges

Would you like to return/exchange your jewellery? You’re welcome to do so. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days from receiving an order. Due to proceed with a return/exchange of the product, it has to be new, without having any traces of use. The returned/exchanged products should be sent back in the original Hilly Sheep packaging and wrapped in such a way to prevent its damaged during the transport. You can download the return form HERE. The jewellery together with the filled form shall be sent at the following address:

After confirmation of the return, we will immediately transfer the funds (including shipping costs) into the account number provided in the form.

Remember that you send a return at your own expense.

Complaints

Would you like to make a complaint about your jewellery? You’re welcome to do so. You should direct your compliment at: kontakt@hillysheep.com. Together we will for sure find a satisfactory compensation for you. If your complaint is approved, we will inform you.
