Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To make a return, the item must be new and show no signs of use. The returned item should be sent in the original Hilly Sheep packaging and adequately protected to avoid damage during shipping.

You can use any courier service to send your return.

Please note that we do not accept returns via regular mail or from parcel lockers.

Returns are not accepted for individually customized or personalized products, which include all items made from white gold due to the additional rhodium plating process.

Remember that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Complaints should be directed to: kontakt@hillysheep.com . We will work together to find a satisfactory resolution for you. If your complaint is approved, we will inform you.
